Once a new order is placed, suppliers receive an email alert so their customer service teams can review the content of the order from our EDIStech Website Portal. They can then download an electronic version in the right format to upload to their system, eliminating the need to re-key the data.
Suppliers, and their 3PL (Third Party Logistics Partner) can then generate any required EDI response files such as Purchase Order Responses, Acknowledgements, Dispatch Notes and Invoices from the Web Portal. These files come to EDIStech, we translate the files into the format your trading partner requires and we send that EDI formatted file to their system.
